A portrait that works

Each file should show one adult, facing the camera, with the whole head in frame.
Daylight or a bright room is enough. The face should be sharp. Hair can cover the forehead. Glasses are fine when the eyes are still visible.
Skip sunglasses, masks, and heavy blur. Skip a group, a child, a celebrity, or someone who did not agree to be in the clip. Skip a photo so dark that the face is only a silhouette.
A recent photo is the better choice. An older snapshot can still work, but the clip keeps that face, including age and expression.
If the result shows the wrong face, check the crop first. The model follows the clearest face in the file.
